My name is Rachel
A Bachelor-qualified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and the face behind Move Inspiring Change.
My love for nutrition started long before university. It began in the kitchen watching my mum cook, and over time grew into a career through over a decade in the fitness industry, real-life experience, and completing my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, one of the proudest moments of my life.
I’m passionate about helping you build a healthier relationship with food, understand your body, and move away from the all-or-nothing mindset that keeps so many people stuck.
My approach is simple:
