About the Provider

Move Inspiring Change is owned and operated by Rachel Tropea, a degree-qualified Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer with extensive experience in health, fitness, and nutrition education.

Rachel provides evidence-based nutrition consulting, training programs, and educational services to support sustainable lifestyle change and general wellbeing.

She is not a medical practitioner or Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and therefore does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Clients with diagnosed health concerns will be referred to an APD or GP for further management.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all Move Inspiring Change services, including:

  • Online Nutrition & Training Programs (individual, group, or custom plans)

  • Nutrition Consultations (individual online nutrition consultations and assessments)

  • Corporate Nutrition Content Packages (educational posts, recipe videos, and wellness communications)

  • Online Educational Seminars or Masterclasses

  • Any digital resources, eBooks, or templates provided by the Provider.

All services are delivered by a degree-qualified Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer and are intended for educational and lifestyle purposes only.

2. Online Nutrition & Training Programs

a. Scope of Service
Online Nutrition & Training Programs include personalised or semi-custom meal plans, training programs, progress tracking, and educational materials delivered through approved online platforms (e.g., Everfit, MyFitnessPal, or WIX).

b. Program Terms

  • Programs operate on a fixed-term or subscription basis as selected at purchase (e.g., 8 or 12 weeks).

  • Once the program commences, clients are required to complete the agreed term.

  • For ongoing programs, 14 days’ written notice is required to cancel or pause.

  • Missed check-ins, unused weeks, or failure to follow recommendations do not qualify for refunds or extensions.

c. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through WIX, QuickPay, or another approved platform.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the program has started.

  • If payments fail, services may be suspended until the account is settled in full.

d. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must complete a pre-screening form and provide accurate information regarding health, goals, and activity levels.

  • Clients are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before making major dietary or training changes.

  • Results depend on individual adherence, effort, and personal factors. The Provider cannot guarantee outcomes.

e. Intellectual Property

  • All program materials, templates, and educational content remain the intellectual property of Move Inspiring Change.

  • Clients receive a personal-use licence only, materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed.

3. Nutrition Consulting Services

a. Scope of Practice

  • The Provider offers professional nutrition consulting and educational advice based on evidence-based practice and within the scope of training as a degree-qualified Nutritionist (and a registered member of the Nutrition Society of Australia).

  • Services include nutrition assessments, dietary guidance, educational plans, and lifestyle strategies to support general health and wellbeing.

  • The Provider does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Clients requiring medical nutrition therapy or management of a diagnosed disease will be referred to a medical practitioner or Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD).

b. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete health, medical, and lifestyle information prior to commencing services.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical history, medications, allergies, or conditions that could influence dietary recommendations.

  • The Provider may request medical clearance or GP approval before beginning or continuing a program.

c. Consultations & Follow-Up

  • All consultations are conducted online via approved platforms (e.g., Zoom, Everfit, or WIX portal).

  • Follow-up sessions, reports, and meal plans are provided according to the selected package.

  • Missed or rescheduled appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice; cancellations with less notice may be forfeited.

d. Payments & Refunds

  • All nutrition consulting payments are due upfront and are non-refundable once the consultation or service has been delivered.

  • Packages or session bundles must be used within the specified timeframe.

  • Failure to attend scheduled appointments does not entitle the client to a refund or credit.

e. Confidentiality & Records

  • All client data and consultation records are stored securely and handled in compliance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

  • Personal information will never be shared with third parties without written consent, except when required by law or to protect health and safety.

f. Disclaimer

  • All information provided by Move Inspiring Change is for educational and general wellbeing purposes only.

  • Recommendations are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, nor replace advice from a qualified medical or dietetic professional.

  • The Provider is not liable for outcomes resulting from client misuse, misinterpretation, or failure to follow guidance.

4. Corporate Nutrition Content

a. Service Scope
Corporate packages include professional nutrition communications such as educational posts, recipe videos, social media content, workplace wellness materials, and consulting.

b. Onboarding Fee & Payment

  • A non-refundable $199 onboarding fee applies before project commencement.

  • Payments may be made upfront or as per an agreed weekly or monthly schedule.

  • All payments are non-refundable once content creation has begun.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services, and all materials remain the property of the Provider until payment is complete.

c. Revisions & Approval

  • One (1) minor revision per week is included (tone, grammar, layout).

  • Major creative changes, concept rewrites, or multiple edits may incur additional fees.

  • Content is deemed approved once final files are delivered or published by the client.

d. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All content created remains the intellectual property of Move Inspiring Change.

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use final, approved materials for their business marketing and communications only.

  • Clients may not modify, resell, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

  • The Provider may display non-confidential work in her professional portfolio or marketing materials.

e. Confidentiality & Brand Use

  • Both parties agree to protect all confidential information shared during collaboration.

  • The Provider will not use logos, trademarks, or proprietary materials publicly without written approval.

f. Termination

  • The Provider may terminate services for non-payment, breach of contract, or misuse of intellectual property.

  • All completed or partial work remains owned by the Provider until full payment is received.

5. Online Educational Seminars & Masterclasses

a. Terms of Purchase

  • All seminar and masterclass payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Access links, recordings, and resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or recorded.

b. Ownership

  • All presentation materials, slides, and recordings remain the intellectual property of Move Inspiring Change.

  • Participants may take notes but cannot reproduce or redistribute seminar content.

c. Conduct & Access

  • Participants agree to behave respectfully in live sessions.

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

6. General Terms

a. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • You acknowledge that participation in training or nutrition programs carries inherent risk.

  • All advice is educational and not a substitute for medical care.

  • You agree to consult your GP or allied health professional before making significant dietary or exercise changes.

b. Limitation of Liability

  • The Provider is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from participation in any service.

  • Clients participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their health and outcomes.

c. Data Privacy

  • All client data and communications are confidential and handled per Australian Privacy Law.

  • Photos, testimonials, or data will only be used for marketing with express consent.

d. Amendments
Move Inspiring Change may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be published on the official website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
