The 10W Strength Block is designed to help you gain strength, build muscle, learn the foundations to compound movements: the Deadlift, Squat and Strict Press. In this 10W block you will learn how to control the weight, understand how your body moves and how to stay tight in the lift. We focus on technique and form. Over the past few years weight training has gained popularity, especially with women. With so many places offering training, a lot of women don’t know where to start. They’re not taught the right form or technique and may be scared to lift heavy because they think they will get big and bulky. If this sounds like you, then the 10W Strength Block is a great start on how to learn. These compound movements set the foundation to build muscle (tone), teach us how to control a weight under pressure and learn how to stay in control within the lift.
